How our conversion process works:

1. Initial meeting and information gathering should take no more the 60 minutes of your time.

2. Keystone Payroll builds your company and employee information database.

3. Keystone Payroll loads your Year-to-date information.

4. Keystone Payroll reviews Company and Employee payroll information

5. First payroll is processed and delivered for your approval.

6. If your company will be using our software or internet-based products, installation and training will begin after the first payroll is approved.
