2010 Year End Client Compliance Information
KEYSTONE PAYROLL


YEAR END 2010 COMPLIANCE INFORMATION


As 2010 comes to a close, the following are some points to consider:
Keystone Payroll will be closed:
  • Thursday, November 25th
  • Friday, November 26th
  • Friday, December 24th
  • Friday, December 31st
UPS will not have delivery service:
  • Thursday, November 25th
  • Friday, November 26th
  • Friday, December 24th
  • Friday, December 31st


Review your schedule to see how these closures affect your payroll. Be sure to allow yourself enough time to have your payroll processed and delivered. Please realize that if you need your payroll for the Friday after Thanksgiving – the payroll will need to be in our office on Tuesday by 3:00 pm for UPS pickup to ensure a Wednesday delivery.

End of the Year Items:
  • Please have your employees verify that their name, SSN and address are correct on their pay stubs prior to the last pay of 2010.
  • Please schedule all bonus runs and any additional payroll runs prior to the last payroll of the year.
  • Please inform us whether to carry-over or drop your employee’s vacation and sick time. Our payroll software calculates vacations and sick accruals on the check date, not process date.
